Returns
When purchasing an OBD cable or reader from OBDLink, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. After reporting your return by e-mail, you have another 14 days to return your product. The full purchase price will be refunded, provided everything is in order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product from your home to the online store.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether you wish to keep the product. If you decide to return the item, the product must be returned to OBDLink with all included accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

What are the return conditions at OBDLink?
- All original packing materials must be included.
- All cables, manuals, etc. must be present as supplied.
- Everything must be wrapped in the plastic as supplied.
- The product must have (a copy of) the purchase invoice.
- The product must have absolutely no user marks.
- The product must be properly packed in a sturdy outer box when returned.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order. How should I send my return to OBDLink?
Always return your items through the post office with registered mail. This way you will receive a proof of postage and it is possible to verify the return. OBDLink is not responsible if the package is lost. So keep the shipping receipt carefully.
Please note that DPD does not deliver to our address, but there is no problem with other carriers. If you still want to send your package with DPD, please send it to a parcel point and notify us by e-mail with a shipment number and date. We will then arrange for pickup at the DPD parcel shop.
What should I do if an item from OBDLink is damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged item or a part or component is defective, please also contact an OBDLink representative. This can be done up to 5 days after receiving your purchase.
When will I receive my refund from OBDLink?
Once the package reaches us, we will process your return as soon as possible. This usually takes 1-2 business days. If everything is in order, we will credit the order and issue a refund immediately. Refund processing varies by bank or payment method. It can range from immediate to up to 3 business days.
How will I receive my refund from OBDLink?
If a return is processed and approved, we will refund you in the same way as how the order was paid to us.
If you choose to pay afterwards with Klarna, the invoice will be adjusted and you will be refunded on behalf of Klarna if the invoice has already been paid. If the invoice from Klarna has not yet been paid, the invoice will be adjusted and a new invoice will be sent by e-mail.
