Shipping

Unlike many other online shops, we ship everything from our own stock. This way you know that your shipment will always be securely packed and reach you quickly. If it is not possible to ship a product the same day, it will be indicated on the product page.

Below you can find everything about shipping. Of course it can happen that something goes wrong in the shipment, we take care of this completely.

Please note, during the holidays we have a modified shipping schedule on the day before Christmas and on New Year's Eve. This does not apply to packages on other days.

  • December 24 (if it's a business day) packages ordered until 12:00 will still be shipped. Anything after 12:00 will be shipped the next business day.
  • December 31 (if it's a business day) packages ordered until 12:00 will still be shipped. Everything after 12:00 will be shipped the next business day.

What shipping methods does OBDlink.nl use?

We have contracts with many carriers, based on your address and size of the shipment, our system always chooses the fastest carrier to your specified address and country. The main carriers are:

  • GLS
  • DPD
  • UPS
  • Fedex
  • Packeta
  • Colis Prive

How does shipping work at OBDlink.nl?

The ordered product will be shipped with the service of one of the aforementioned carriers after payment is received, depending on your location.

We pack your order in a sturdy shipping box. These boxes usually don't fit through your mailbox, so someone has to take delivery of your order. The sturdy box ensures that your product is well protected during transport to your address. This way we can guarantee the quality of our products.

Can I pick up an order?

No, it is not possible to pick up an order with us. We are a webshop and do not have a physical store, therefore pick up is not one of the possibilities. The product can only be ordered in our webshop. Because picking up is not an option, we offer shipping to most EU countries. You also have a 14 day return period after receiving your product. This means that you can return the device within these 14 days if it is not to your liking.

Do I get a track and trace code?

You will receive a Track & Trace code by email with which you can check where your package is on the parcel service's website.

Are shipments insured?

Yes, all our packages are sent insured with a track and trace code. Our carriers are responsible for proper delivery to the address you provide. We have made clear agreements about this to unburden you.

What if my package is lost?

If your package has been lost, please contact us. We will then investigate with our carrier. If the package is not found, we will send you a new shipment and claim the lost shipment with our insurance.

When we investigate with the carrier, it usually takes 5 working days. Should it be that we send you a new shipment and the lost shipment still arrives at your door, you must report this to us, you will receive a return label from us so that we receive the double shipment back.

What if I entered a wrong address?

You are responsible for the data entered, however, something can always go wrong, we will do our best to help you.

If you have entered an incorrect address, or if part of the address entered is incorrect, please contact us immediately via the contact form or at [email protected] we will contact the carrier directly to change the address.

Please note that it is not always possible to still change the address to another address if, for example, the delivery driver is already on his way.

How fast is shipping?

We ship the ordered product as soon as possible after order and payment. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday at 5:00 pm. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, our carriers do not deliver on weekends.

What are the shipping costs?

We deliver all purchases in most EU countries with economy shipping (€4,50) or express shipping (€9,-). You can choose the shipping method in the checkout.
